Summer Infrastructure Core
An intensive 12-week internship focusing on backend systems, data pipelines, and microservices architecture. Interns are integrated directly into core engineering pods to push production code for client systems.
Applied Intelligence Lab
A highly-specialized rotational program where candidates analyze, clean, and process multi-modal datasets, building AI-assisted pipelines internally before deploying solutions into staging environments.
Expectations & Standards
No Simulations
We do not provide dummy projects. Fellows write code that touches live staging and production environments under strict senior supervision.
Full Accountability
Code reviews are rigorous. Fellows must learn to defend structural choices and understand the downstream impacts of latency and technical debt.
Continuous Integration
We expect an immediate transition into CI/CD workflows, automated testing, and proper version control conventions on week one.
